What you imagine you create...

Dear Blog Friends... Another winter week has passed and it feels so good to be back blogging again. This last week we have had an amazing winter landscape in Sweden and as the thoughts travel as long as one can see I always begin my days by contemplating our beautiful nature ... Breathing in and breathing out never forgetting the wisdom words of Buddah... What you think, you become... What you feel, you attract... What you imagine, you create...
With these words of wisdom , almost like a mantra ,I like to begin my days of work at home... As I am always working on different projects , I know that it is really important to dedicate at least one whole day at just one thing... but that is impossible for me... It is almost like I have different working stations in my atelier and all around our home by the way. This is the way I am most productive and I always clear my mind by contemplating the sea... A little pause of contemplation and back again to what I love the most in life ( beside from my family) Creating....
I don´t know how much tea I drink a day .., but tea is something I like and need to buy a loooot of ... Green tea is becoming one of my favourites and of course always Kusmi tea , it is simply the best , a part from the design they have for every tea variety , it is so lovely and inspiring to look at for me...
Today I took the one of the last brushstrokes of my new painting , it now only needs my signature that I will paint on tomorrow and then dry a little bit before the trip to my boutique ... It is a painting I am very happy with as I think it is exactly what I imagined and then created... :-)
I am especially satisfied with the colours of the leaves... Shades of green and turquoise... Turquoise is also a colour that dominates my shops window display this week ... Turquoise and chocolate brown...
I love the combination of these two colours, they are a perfect match... The shop has also some new arrivals this week ...
New crocheted bags in lovely colours... The turquoise and the beige went up to the front row to match the outfits of the mannequins... I wish you all a happy continuation of this week with the words of wonderful Oscar Wilde... "To Live is the rarest thing in the world... Most people just exist... " So Liiiiiiiiiveeeee <3 Andrea Labbé Designer
